Patch Testing 

We strongly advise clients to come to the studio 48 hours or before, prior to treatments that include:

GLUES, PIGMENTS, TINTS & ANY LASER SERVICES

Patch testing is not complusory, however if you do not wish to come in for your patch test then this will be noted on your consultation form.

All of our products and machines are legitimate and sourced from reputable manufacturers, however allergic reactions can happen at any time, so please be mindful.

Your Data

How do we collect your data? On arrival of your first session, we will ask you to sign your consultation form for the treatments you are having. This is then stored away with only the owners discretion.

Your data will NOT be passed on to any third parties.

You may be asked to re-sign your consultation form in future treatments.

It is YOUR responsibility to let Lindsey Anne Beauty & Cosmetics know of any health and medication changes.

Imagery

As we are a results driven business, we will ask you if you are happy for us to take your pictures or videos which will be posted on social media pages and sent to other media. You have the right to decline your image being used on social platforms, which is on your consultation form.

Lindsey and staff will only store your image on phones or tablets to show your results, which will then be deleted.
